Cortisol CurvesBelly fat that exercise won't touch. Tired by 3 PM, wide awake at 3 AM. The line women write us more than any other: "I want to feel like myself again." Take the 60-second quiz to find your cortisol type, then get coaching built for your stage — free for 3 days.

Nobody summits Everest alone, and nobody should have to figure this out alone either. We carry the heavy part of the pack: the reading, the research, the sorting through what's real and what's marketing. You climb. We guide, we carry, and we make sure you come back down feeling like you conquered something.
We follow published work from leading women's-health specialists — endocrinology, oncology, sleep, metabolic and menopause medicine — and summarize what actually matters for your day. Plain English, no jargon, no 300-page book.
Supplements, trackers, creams, powders, programs. Most of it isn't worth your money and we'll say so out loud. When something does earn its place, we tell you why and what to expect from it.
Nutrition, movement, light, sleep and stress — turned into small specific things to do today, matched to your cortisol type and your stage. Not a lifestyle overhaul. The next right step.
A coach who knows your answers, a community of women in the same season, and check-ins that keep the streak alive. Knowledge without accountability is just more reading.
To be clear about what we're not: we're not your doctor and we don't diagnose or treat anything. We're the guide who's read everything, walked the route before, and knows where the footing is bad. Bring what you learn here to your clinician — the best results happen when you do.
"I just want to feel like myself again."
"I have been working out for a year and can't seem to get the fat under control."
"I want to be able to feel better about myself and to run with my grandchildren and to take pictures and not feel embarrassed."
"I've always been at a good weight my whole life. Perimenopause started and I went up two sizes in five years."
"I'm tired of everyone telling me I'm fine when I know I'm not. I'm tired of the sugar cravings and my belly fat."
"I don't recognize myself, and I miss the old me."
"Just want to feel better. I'd developed the 'must just be old age' attitude and I want to change that."
"I want to start living life again instead of just watching it pass by."

The quiz maps your symptoms onto one of 4 cortisol curves — then your 5-day transformation targets exactly what's off.

I'll walk you through a 60-second diagnostic and help you spot the exact place your rhythm is breaking — sunrise spike, 3AM wake-up, 4PM crash — then coach you through it daily, alongside a community of women on the same curve.
You've been told to "lower your cortisol." That's the wrong goal. Cortisol is your body's morning espresso — you want it high early and low late. The problem is when the timing flips.
In a healthy woman cortisol peaks 30–45 minutes after waking (the Cortisol Awakening Response), then declines all day. That morning spike wakes your brain, mobilizes energy, and primes focus. Low cortisol at night is what lets you sleep.
Under chronic stress the curve inverts: flat in the morning, spiking in the afternoon and night. That's the 3 PM crash, the sugar craving, the 2 AM wakeup, the puffy morning face — same broken curve, different symptoms.
Mistimed cortisol drives fat storage specifically to the abdomen — even in lean women. Epel's landmark study measured it: women with higher cortisol reactivity carried significantly more visceral fat, regardless of diet.
The goal isn't zero cortisol. It's a properly timed curve — high morning, low night. You can't out-diet, out-run, or out-meditate a broken rhythm. The 5-day transformation resets the timing, and step one is knowing which of the 4 broken patterns you're on.
Your quiz result will match you to one — with a personalized transformation.
★★★★★"The 3 PM crash is gone. I stopped needing my afternoon coffee by day 3, and my rings fit again."
★★★★★"By day 5 I felt noticeably less puffy and my clothes sat better — without changing what I ate. The morning protocol alone was worth it."
★★★★★"First week in months I've slept through the night. I actually cried on day 4. This is the one that worked."
