Welcome to Cortisol Curves. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TLDR, Inc. doing business as Cortisol Curves ("we", "us"). By using our websites, quizzes, or digital plans (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
2. Not medical advice
Cortisol Curves provides educational wellness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Do not use the Services to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a diagnosed endocrine, cardiac, or psychiatric condition, consult your provider before making changes based on our content.
3. Digital products, payment, and refunds
- Purchases are processed by Stripe and are billed as one-time charges in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final unless required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access, email hello@cortisolcurves.com within 7 days and we'll investigate.
- Refunded purchases will have their access revoked.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use purchased content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use it to create competing products.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Services, scrape data, submit false information, abuse promotional pricing, or use the Services in a way that violates any law.
6. User content
Any messages, quiz responses, or wins you submit may be used (anonymized) to improve the Services and, with your permission where required, in marketing.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLDR, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TLDR, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
