- Information you give us: first name, email address, quiz responses, and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (last four digits, country) but never full card numbers.
- Automatic data: IP address, browser and device info, referrer, pages viewed, and interaction events collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising identifiers: if you arrive from a Meta ad, we may receive click IDs (e.g.
fbclid) and share hashed event data with Meta via the Conversions API for measurement.
2. How we use information
- Deliver your quiz result, personalized plan, and account access links.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds.
- Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, plan access, support replies).
- Measure ad performance and improve our funnel and content.

Cortisol Curves is an educational wellness product. It is not a medical service, and we are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Quiz responses are lifestyle indicators, not medical diagnoses.

We retain quiz submissions and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
